the shanti shack launches a new chat and chew workshop series. beginning saturday, march 19th, we kick off with MOOD FOODS. brownie and katie team up with noelle lake, md and fresh food freak to get bhogalicious with you. what?!!! yep, we explore topics such as “digesting the brain” and how our mind matters. allergies, notions, indigestion, etc., burns at your heart, then sign up for this lively chat and then chew on it with a cooking demo class with brownie and katie to smooth your soothe. get in the mood. and find out how food affects your mood. and how your mood affects your food.
